When asked why the owner of Mediterranean Palace owns a restaurant, you see a smile cross his face and a sparkle in his eyes. “Because the greatest joy I find is when someone comes to tell me that they loved my food.” This translates to a passion for the food, but more than just that a passion for providing feeding people. “There’s a great joy in getting to know my customers, getting to know their stories and finding those dishes that cause them to smile when the sit down to eat.” Our passion for this business grows each time someone tells us how much they enjoyed the food we just served them.
